	The purpose of the Board of Appeals is to act upon petitions, in cases where a particular dimensional variance is sought. An applicant must prove a hardship in order to receive a variance from the Board. Board of Appeals also issues permits for construction of all gas stations. The Board must vote unanimously to approve a variance. Board of Appeals meets every 2nd and 4th Monday of each month.
