The Business and Career Center at the Southwick Public Library is headquarters for a large variety of resources. Besides books and magazines dealing with careers and business and finance, there are instructional CD's just perfect for commuters with car decks. These and the center’s DVD's deal with leadership topics and biographies of successful entrepreneurs.
The library’s Reference area also has materials of interest to those with a business orientation, and it houses a constantly updated Value Line publication which is universally recognized as a premier investment tool. There is also access to newspapers and business databases, most of which can be accessed remotely at no cost to library cardholders. Broadband Internet access is provided in house with both desktop computers and printers, and the library has wireless access. Internet access is free with your card, and a small charge applies for printing. Both black and white and color copies may be made for a small charge.
