John Berendt, best known for his hugely popular true crime novel Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, will be the May Read-Alikes Program's featured author during June. The program highlights one author per month as a reader's advisory directing patrons to additional authors who write in the same manner as the featured writer on similar topics.
Patrons may help themselves to the program's informational sheets located at the OPAC (Patron Access Computers) desk, and in the "New Book" area. A binder containing a collection of all of the informational sheets on the featured writers is also available at the OPAC desk for patron perusal.
