The Town of Southwick Board of Selectmen is seeking interested individuals to volunteer for several hours a week for a recycling effort which will begin in March of 2010. The S.C.O.R.E. Program’s (Southwick Citizens Organized Recycling Endeavor) objective is to reuse household items that would normally be discarded at a cost to the Town. Volunteers would oversee items donated to the “Swap Shop”, which will be located at the Town of Southwick Transfer Station on Industrial Road.
